Gwinnett County filed a petition to condemn a portion of real property. The holders of a right of first refusal to acquire the property challenged a judgment of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, which determined that they were not entitled to be compensated for any taking.  The Supreme Court of Georgia affirmed the trial court’s ruling.
